Then, follow your employer’s instructions to request a matching gift; you typically will need to fill out an electronic form through your employer’s matching gift portal or a paper form, depending on their process. If your employer requires proof of your gift, search your inbox for your gift receipt by filtering for emails from “[email protected],” or login to your donor account.

When you give to dream: success, we send you an email with an official gift receipt attached as a PDF; submit this document to your employer as proof of your gift. Depending on your employer’s guidance, there are a few different options to request gift matching for your monthly gift to dream: success.
- Submit your aggregate total gift for each quarter or year once it has been processed for your employer to match.
- Submit your monthly gift once it has been processed for your employer to match.
- Submit your expected annual total gift for your employer to match in advance when you first sign up to give monthly.
To save time, it’s best to submit your aggregate total gift for each quarter or year for your employer to match.
Ultimately, we recommend checking your employer’s guidelines to determine their recommended option, as this varies by the company. Most companies also do not support matching annual total gifts in advance (option 3).
